The “Sea-Bread” basket
The bread, made in our kitchen, is mixed with sea water purified and microbiologically pure which not only makes it low-sodium, but also provides a greater contribution of macro and micronutrients important for human nutrition. All using unrefined flours, types 1 and 2, semi-wholemeal or wholemeal ancient grains.
